I am a dedicated Neurodiversity Affirming Practice educator, supporting others to learn important reframes and practical shifts. My approach is warm, clear, dynamic and honest.

My deep mission is to change the world to become a more affirming place for all neurodivergent people, and I am always delighted to be able to share this with teams, groups and students in my trainings, speeches, and guest lectures.

I blend evidence based approaches (with a critical eye to ensure the evidence is sensible and valid for the humans it's about!) with lived experience, sharing the realities of being a neurodivergent person and uplifting voices of other marginalised folks.
