Hi!

I’m Adina Levy, a neurodivergent Speech Therapist & Professional Educator from Sydney, Australia.

I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m an AuDHDer, meaning I am autistic and an ADHDer. My life’s stories and experiences intertwine with my clinical experiences, and the lived experiences and perspectives of other neurodivergent people. These perspectives inform everything that I teach and share.

I’ve worked predominantly with autistic children and kids with disabilities, their families, and their communities since 2012. I live in Sydney, Australia with my wonderful daughters and husband.

I’m dedicated to helping families, therapists, educators, teachers and communities to understand neurodivergent children better, and develop a deeper acceptance of children’s unique interests, passions, individual strengths and support needs.

I have a Neurodiversity Affirming approach to my work with children, families, professionals and communities. I believe that all brains are wonderful, different and that diversity is needed in our world.

All children’s and adults’ individual strengths and passions should be celebrated and honoured.

Every individual’s support needs should be identified and accommodated without hesitation.

I’m always learning and adapting my practice – and I’m dedicated to sharing this approach with other adults too. We can never know enough. I believe it’s essential to be open to continual learning and to saying “I got it wrong, now I know better”.

I’m an advocate for autistic and neurodivergent children to have a valued place in their world.
